It is what it is, a small patch that is intended to be used alongside supreme magicka that unlocks a handful of enchantments and spells that i wanted to have applied in my own game.
More options more better, i always say.
REQUIRES Supreme Magicka Updated - your game will probably just crash without it!
To install, simply drop the Data Folder, which contains a single .esp file in your game folder and enable it in your favorite mod manager - installing through NMM is probably also viable, although NMM is rumored to be unreliable in handling TES IV: Oblivion!
