This mod adds a small player-owned farm near Weynon Priory. Go west from Weynon Priory until you see a path to your right. Go down it a bit until you see a fence.
Farm includes:
A few vanilla animals (sheep, a dog, two horses)
A fully-furnished house
A vegetable and a fruit garden
2 sitting areas
House includes:
A bedroom area
A study area
A kitchen area
A dining area
Silverware cabinet
Plenty of food
Some little knick-knacks here and there
