Makes the ingredients from "Skyrim Ingredients for Oblivion" by dreamed1 available on Vvardenfell and Solstheim.
Ingredients can be bought from Agning and Frik (Ebonhart), Urfing (Moonmoth Legion Fort), Heifnir and Fryfnhild (Dagon Fel), Ygfa (Fort Pelagiad) and Bronrod the Roarer (Solstheim); and are dropped by slaughterfish, bears, spriggans, mudcrabs and some Dwemer automatons. Tested with Morroblivion version 65.
