Shivering Sandbox - An Isles Roleplay

Roleplay as a Saint or Seducer guard (optional):

The guardgs.txt and guardds.txt files will let you, essentially, be a Shivering Isles guard of the Realm by adding you to their faction.

• []Toggle Golden Saint/Dark Seducer dialogue (player voice, NPC response, etc.).

  []Receive appropriate Golden Saint/Dark Seducer equipment.

  []Lets you enter typically forbidden areas of the palace, depending on the faction.

• []You'll need a mod that enables Golden Saint/Dark Seducer races like EGO or OCO if you want to use them (but you don't technically need to be one).

  How-to:

  • []Download the file you want to use, and place it in your root Oblivion folder (where the .exe is). You only need 1 file.

    []Defeat the Gatekeeper, speak to Haskill. Any point between here and reaching Sheogorath, proceed to step 3.

    []In-game, type "BAT filename.txt". e.g. bat guardgs.txt

    []Profit.

    Recommendation:

    • []Shivering Isles Property Ladder by LenaWolfBravil lets you purchase vacant New Sheoth homes.

      Tips and Technicalities:

      Dialogue

      • []If you're in a Saint/Seducer guard faction, the opposing faction will not greet/insult you when you walk by.

        []Swap guard factions as a male to avoid constantly being called "dog" or "worm" by your peers. I recommend just doing this in the .txt file from the get-go; both factions are there for you to toggle as needed, just move the semicolon. It "just works".

        []Nobody refers to you as "Sheogorath" except for subtle references by Haskill and the guards that sometimes refer to you as "Lord".
