Sell and Rent Houses v1. 02 by Talonhoff for Oblivion v1. 2. 0416 This mod makes all 8 houses in Oblivion either rentable or taxable and sellable. Fixes / Changes in v1. 02: -Added silent voices for custom dialog. Text didn\'t stay on the screen long enough in v 1. 01 -Made a few changes to custom dialog Fixes / Changes in v1. 01: -Corrected rent and tax bug. Player now no longer immediately given bounty. -Fixed several dialog mistakes. -All rent and property taxes must now be paid once a month, on or before the last day of the month. If payment is late be even one day, bounty for the missed month- plus the new month will be put on your head. That first new month, if payment was late the previous month, doesn\'t have to be paid since the bounty for that month was already put on your head. Sort of like a one month grace period to get your act together. Also, there is now a 250 gold late fee added to your bounty if the rent payment is late, and 500 gold late fee added to your bounty if the property tax payment is late. Features: -The Imperial City shack, the Bravil house, and the Leyawiin house are all rentable and come full furnished. All rental contracts can be canceled. A one-time deposit must be paid to rent a house (the first month\'s rent is still due that month). The deposit is refundable on canceling the rental contract. -The four houses in Anvil, Bruma, Skingrad, Cheydinhal, and Chorrol are all buyable, property taxable, and sellable. -If properties are sold, the property taxes stop. If rent is canceled, the monthly payments end. -Player can rent and/or or sell each house only one time each. The same houses cannot be bought or rented again. Once they are sold or the rental contracts canceled, it\'s final. -Player can own and rent multiple houses. I created separate tax and rental scripts for each house. -Rent and property taxes are due by the last day of every month. All bills may be paid on or before the due date. -All property taxes and rental payments must be paid to Vinicia Melissaiea at the Office of Imperial Commerce located in the Imperial City Market District. -Player will get a warning when the new billing month starts for each house. If you can\'t remember if you owe or how much, ask Vinicia Melissaiea. She can tell you. If there is no topic for your rental or property tax, that means you owe nothing for the rest of that billing month for that particular property. -If you pay your rent or property tax even one day late, Vinicia will contact the local authorities, and they will put a bounty on your head. -To sell houses or cancel rent, the NPC\'s disposition towards the player must be very high. -I added a few small surprises to this mod. ;) Much thanks goes to Tyler Cobb, who\'s Tax Addendum mod script was heavily relied on as a frame of reference.
