SDs House Improvements Redux

Description =========== From Dubert\'s original HI readme: This mod aims to add more purchasable furniture/decorations for all the vanilla Oblivion homes in Cyrodiil! You may also get some other features as well. As of now, this mod adds about 80 purchasable improvements in total. This mod is, in turn, a modification of Dubert\'s original House Improvements mod (which can be found and this link: http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=4678 . It aims to fix the bugs present in Dubert\'s mod and add a little more. Currently, as I lost interest in adding content the mod (all that is added is a better basement for the IC shack), I will continue to bug fix if people find any :) I also fixed the follow bugs, which were presents in Dubert\'s beat House Improvements mod: ->General - Lowered the times the basements needed to construct. - Fixed typos in journal entries. - Implemented dogs for four houses. - Fixed the basements appearing automatically. - Added icons to quests. - Reduced the prices of some receipts and raised the prices of others to be in more in line with vanilla prices. Most of the SKingrad prices left as is (as it\'s intended to be a money-sink :D) ->Anvil Home - A few things rearranged. Nothing major that I could see was bug. Not much has changed in HI Redux, mostly because of not wanting to mess up the Haunted House quest. ->Bravil House - Fixed the bench in the backyard which blocked the entrance a bit. - Fixed a floating vase. - Fixed bleeding chests and downsized some. - Fixed the front door teleporting issue. - Rearranged the interior a little so the back door actually teleports you inside to the right spot. ->Bruma Home - Fixed display cloth that was initially enabled. - Fixed a few bleeders. - Fixed the tapestry in the bedroom which didn\'t change properly. ->Cheydinhal Home - Fixed the floating wall out back. - Fixed the dog blanket appearing out of nowhere. - Fixed a few floaters to do with different versions of the kitchen and dining area. - Fixed a bleeding table. - Fixed the tapestries not working properly. - Got rid of the wall intruding into the dog kennel. - Toned down the lighting in the basement. ->Chorrol Home - Fixed the chests in the small guest rooms bleeding into the walls a bit. - Rotated chests in basement and house to look more natural. - Added bed-changing drawers to suite. - Maded the tapestry chest on the ground floor easier to see. - Made the lighting in the basement darker. - Made the storage in the basement look more natural. - Fixed the dog-house bleeding into the house a little. ->IC Home - Fixed a problem with changing tapestries. - Replaced the basement with a lower class cellar (modders resource.) Much better now :) - Fixed a barrel which wasn\'t appearing in the cellar. - Added a few tapestries to the cellar. ->Leyawin Home - Added a bit more storage to the storage area. - Put more clutter around the house (inkwells and quill to the
