📋 About This Mod
Admin Note 1/13/08: New File uploaded which contains the complete updated mod. and does not require the update, file pathing issues were also fixed. Check enclosed readme for complete details. Buddah File Moderator IMPORTANT: READ FIRST ****************** =============== This is a fix/update for the full mod. Use the Mirrors to dowload the 30mb rar file. Download this ESP and replace the one in the Rar file. then Play (this is done to save file space on TESSOURCE as big files are somewhat unpredictable.) =============== ****************** V1. 1 RWolf\'s Tavern n Temple Enhancement Mod --------------------------------------- What it does: This Mod drastically improves the atmosphere in Tamriel\'s Temples and Taverns through the use of SFX. Where it comes from: RWolf has been working on a Total Conversion Mod for TES4, which brings into play the feel of Dungeons and Dragons: Forgotten Realms. This mod is a small part of the TC process and was released seperately to not just enhance the Total Conversion, but the actual game itself. Why not improve both? ---------------------------------------- To Install: Extract the TaverTemple.esp into the Data folder of Oblivion. Place the Temple Folder and Tavern Folder into Data/sounds/fx/ Load up the game and enable the mod. --------- Comes with small extra mod for Waterfront Improvements. Enhanced Waterfront Mod: A little bonus which just adds some static objects to enhance the Imperial Waterfront a bit. Nothing spectacular, but better than it was before. To install: Extract esp into data folder, enable and play.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Decent download count (14,272) shows some interest despite age.
- Simple installation: just replace one ESP file.
- Focused on audio immersion for taverns and temples, a niche but appreciated area.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2008 — likely outdated and may have compatibility issues with current Oblivion versions or mods.
- The description is confusing: it says 'fix/update' but doesn't explain what the mod actually does beyond the title.
For Oblivion players who want to enhance the ambient audio in taverns and temples and don't mind an old mod. If you're a completionist looking to improve immersion, this might add a nice touch. Skip if you want modern, well-documented mods or if you're on a newer setup that might conflict.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to download the full RAR from the Mirrors link, then replace the ESP as instructed.
- Since this is an old mod, test it in a save before committing — it might conflict with other audio mods.
- Consider using a mod manager like OBMM or Wrye Bash to keep track of the ESP, even though it's a simple replacement.
