Finally, this is done!

This mod adds voice acting to the great mod Ruined-Tail's Tale by Simyaz. This took a lot of time and effort to achieve – these are the features of the mod:

• []Every single NPC in the mod is now fully voice acted. Most NPCs use the standard voice of their respective race, however a select few have had modifications made to the voice lines to make them stand out.

  []While some duplicated voice lines exist, the total number of voice files amount to 1860 files. Putting them all back-to-back in my editing software results in almost 4 hours of dialogue.

  []The mod by Simyaz also contains narration dialogue – that is, dialogue lines that narrate the character's actions. An optional file can be downloaded that includes voice acting for these parts as well, by a narrator voice that I have chosen. If this optional part is not installed, then the narrated parts will remain silent.

  []The original mod has a line of dialogue that does not account for the player character being female. An optional file can be downloaded that changes that one line of dialogue to reflect female player characters. Unfortunately, this does not affect the subtitles, as this mod only includes the actual voice lines.

  I hope people enjoy it, as it has been quite a rocky road to finally get here. Please do report any issues – missing dialogue, inconsistent noise levels etc.

  Installation

  Using your preferred installation method of choice, simply install the mod in the following order:

  • []Ruined-Tail's Tale (the original mod by Simyaz)

    []Ruined-Tail's Tale Voiced

  • Optionally Ruined-Tail's Tale Voiced (Narration) / Ruined-Tail's Tale Voiced (Female Player) in any order

    I would recommend using a mod manager (I use MO2) for installing the mod.
