this mod basically, adds some rubies to the ic market district , if you take the ones in the barrels, then you have to drop them, then activate them. I also added one to the ground, near the barrels. If you want to find the one on the ground or the barrels, then fast-travel to market district, go up the stairs, and turn left , there you\'ll find all of them. Also, about the effects, it places mehrunes dagon on top of you.
