This ring empowers the wearer with the following: 999hp/sec regen 999magika/sec regen 999fatigue/sec regen boosts Strength, Intelligence, Willpower,Endurance, and Luck by 500pts water breathing/walking It also adds a Magicka multiplier x20 You will find it in the Imperial Prison Dungeon, at the start of the game, in a dwemmer cask and in the Imperial Market District under the canopy in front of the Gilded Carafe.
