Revisit Oblivion Planes

As you escape from Camoran's Paradise, there will be a small memento left on the floor. Take it or leave it, but with its power you can reopen and enter most Oblivion Gates as you see fit.

Requirements:

Oblivion (Classic) version 1. 2. 0416, no any DLCs needed.

(x)OBSE - for OBSE version. Made with version 21. 4, but any version having CloseAllMenus command will do.

Installation:

Just copy files into their respective folders and activate one of included esp files, depending if you're using OBSE or not.

Usage:

With Burned Xarxes in your inventory just use it same way like reading a scroll or a book. With suitable Oblivion Gate in your vicinity you'll see a message and Oblivion Gate opens after returning to game (with OBSE version your inventory will close automaticaly). You can now enter to close it or leave it to open another one. There is none limit how many gates can be opened and your only penalty will be to not gaining fame points anymore (fame point added by taking Sigil Stone will be deducted when gate close).

Oblivion Gate stays open as long as Burned Xarxes is in your inventory. If you want to close it wihout taking a Sigil Stone, dispose of Burned Xarxes (a best way is to put in safe container) and return to Oblivion Gate to see it's closed now. Also as you open Oblivion Gate by Burned Xarxes, you'll notice that center of gate is often inactive, so approach it further and target its frame until you'll see a familiar door icon. It's not problem of this mod, I experienced similar problem with blue Magic Gates (like in Peryite's quest). After you enter a gate and return from other side, a gate will behave as normal.

Uninstall:

It can be uninstalled at any time. Just deactivate an esp and delete the files.

If there is conflict with another mod, it will mean that some or all gates can't be reopened by Burned Xarxes. Also this mod was brought with just vanilla gates in mind, it was not tested with other similar mods and it will not be.

If you're impatient and you add Burned Xarxes by console, there are some safety measures to not break quests:

MQ11 - reopened gates will not count to quest's progress and its counter

MS48 - just for sure - gate can't be reopened until closed in quest first, also there is one placed by Bethesda itself

(after entering Sigil Stone chamber you will be teleported outside and gate will close)

MS94 - can't be reopened until closed first in quest
