version: 0. 02- smaller file used. I was pondering how to fix my weather complaints in Oblivion.. Natural Weather is a great mod, as is Enhanced Weather.. but I still found myself \"waiting\" for the thunderstorm to pass.. sometimes 2-3 days. It was getting old. Then I got to thinking.. I enjoy thunderstorms in RL. Why not in oblivion? Said I to myself, \'self.. that windy sound just drives you bonkers, that\'s all.\' So, this is a blank .wav file I grabbed off the internet, renamed to \'AMB_WindHeavy_LP.wav\' and zipped up. it goes in Data\\Sound\\FX\\Ambient.. Hope somebody enjoys it.. if not, I don\'t really care I guess. ;) Installation: unzip to the Oblivion\\Data folder Uninstallation: Delete Oblivion\\Data\\Sound\\FX\\Ambient\\AMB_WindHeavy_LP.wav Permissions: Use, Enjoy, borrow, etc. Have fun. 0. 02 found a much smaller silent .wav file, decided to use that instead.. as I saw a few people downloaded this, (thanks btw, let me know if it\'s working please) I thought I\'d post the new, smaller one here.
