I\'ve created several files to BE an NPC. Here, you ARE \"Rochelle Bantien\". You will look exactly like her but you will have to start a NEW game. You will have all of her contents as well as the NPC. Everything should be set such as face, eyes, Factions, except hair. Rochelle\'s original hair is \"Loose-Combed\". Hair color should already be set. Notes: -My family likes Rochelle Bantien for some reason. So i made her for all of you to play with as well. As Rochelle, you can go in and out of her house as your own. She lives in the Talos Plaza in the Imperial City. However, the door to the basement and upstairs show a red icon. These shouldn\'t be counted as trespassing though. I\'ve lock picked them both. -Rochelle lives in the Imperial City and is usually seen in the Market District alot. She doesn\'t really have much on her. But YOURS can.
