I took the improved meshes from Kettienna mod (High-Res Varla and Welkynd Texture Replacer, the "01 Fixed UV Meshes w. 2x UV Scaling" option) and add two particles systems, a bit tweaked from the originals particles that you can find in most ayleids ruins; a cloud emitter and a twinkle emitter.
