A small player house above ground. A massive lair underground. Made for the use of multiple companions.
I started with just a simple house, but it became a massive lair, with a bath/pool house, barracks, a wizard tower, a stable, an underground palace, etc. Easy to quickly go overboard. I made it ages ago and just decided to add it. Shivering Isles is required. All the storage is safe except for the cabinet in the front room from Shivering Isles. There is a storage room in the barracks. It is completely nav meshed and there is seating embedded all over the bath/pool house.
