Orthanc TES IV Oblivion mod v1. 1 readme -Description : This mod attempts to recreate the building described in the books and seen in the movies using custom made as well as vanilla meshes. The tower is located on top of the \"Infested Mine\", north of Kvatch at the source of the Brena river. No modifications to the original world were made outside of that zone. SHIVERING ISLES IS REQUIRED -Changes from v1. 0 : -Eliminated lag, even on lower-end computers -Adjusted clipping objects -More defined textures -Layout : The central part of the tower is divided into floors, the 4 extensions each contain an identical stairwell that goes to each floor. The 2nd and 3rd floors are not linked by stairs but by a gate (the palantir serves as a door). Known bugs or incompatibilities : -This mod will conflict with anything modifying the area around the Infested Mine, AND SHIVERING ISLES IS REQUIRED. -The unique landscape plugin \"Brena River ravine\" is compatible but not required. -Two game engine limitations : rain falls through cover, and NPCs cannot use load doors leading to a door within their own cell, so companions will stay on the first floor.
