Which Version Should You Use?
Out of the box, OR E3 aims for a vanilla plus experience. Therefore many of OR's effects and features are disabled by default. You can still tweak OR until your pants fall off but ironically my target audience leans toward those who want to spend minimal time modding. Some parameters are out of my control and will inevitably need to be tweaked but in large, I want the install and config changes to be as minimal as possible. With that said I tried to develop presets which cover most of the vanilla plus spectrum, check below to see which is best for you:
- []3. 6. 0: This is the most vanilla friendly version and aside from some traditional OBGE tweaks (GodRays, Terrain, Water) can be considered vanilla+real time shadows.
-
[]OBSE or xOBSE
