Notes
There are some mods that already patch OCOv2 with the Unofficial Patches, but I wasn't satisfied with the quality after reviewing them in TES4Edit. That's why I've made my own.
If the version numbers of the Unofficial Patches increase from 3. 5. 6b, 1. 5. 9a and 24, or OCOv2 gets updated, please post a comment and let me know. I'm tracking them myself, though I don't always check, or I might not be playing oblivion at the time.
