Changes NPC's clothes and armor all around Cyrodiil to make them look better than before!
NPC Clothing and Armor overhaul
This changes a lot of NPC's that I think could use different outfits and make the game feel a bit more immersive. The Armorer Rohssan at the Fighting Chance is known for being a professional in her line of work so why is she wearing cheap iron armor? Now she will wear something that will suit her role, a fresh new set of ebony armor! Owyn is The Blademaster in the Arena, you'd think as the Blademaster you'd be wearing something more nicer than iron armor, so now he is wearing Mithril! I covered all the cities except Anvil and Chorrol as I think they looked fine the way they are but main one is the Imperial City so you should really notice it there.
I might do more if I see anyone else who I want to change but right now it's done.
