I have tested it, and each race works perfectly, although chraracter custimization is a bit limited for some of them. caution, do not attempt to make a female Dremora, as it will crash the game! Installation: Extract the .esp file into your Oblivion\\Data folder and select it in the Oblivion launcher before starting the game. Enjoy!
