📋 About This Mod
Here is my small contribution to the community database. Originally I made this mod for personal usage, because Frostcrag Spire wasn\'t exactly home for me. The mod adds a Necropolis to the North-West of Cyrodiil outfitted with what I thought was necessary (an alchemy garden, a library, a practice room for honing battle skills, etc.). As you can see, this thing is fairly small - that because it doesn\'t add any new textures, meshes and models. For it to run, all you need is Oblivion + Shivering Isles + all those other official plugins. I would also appreciate constructive criticism and suggestions/ideas. This is my first mod, so I know it may seem rusty to many more experienced users. To unlock the Necropolis, look around the ArchMages\'s Quarters in the Imperial City Arcane University. Check out his library :) - I will dedicate little attention to installation: all you do is download, extract into Oblivion/Data Folder and activate in Oblivion Launcher, Wrye Bash or OBMM. Deletion is also that simple: select and shift-delete it to Hell :) - Concerning compatibility: this mod is compatible with just about everything, except any mod that uses those specific sections of the Tamriel Exterior I chose to use. - Keep in mind that, since the mod is designed for mage characters, some magic skills - specifically Conjuration - is required, however experience proves that there is nothing a console command (say \"player.setav conjuration 100) can\'t do :) Enjoy :)

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Niche appeal for dark-themed mage characters
- Decent download count (2,621) for its age
- Simple concept: a themed home for a specific playstyle
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2009 — may be incompatible with current game versions
- Limited to mage characters; not useful for other builds
For players who enjoy role-playing as dark mages and want a themed home that fits their character. If you're a completionist looking for unique player homes, this might be a niche addition. Skip if you want a versatile home for all character types.
