My Cozy Hovel

This mod creates a cozy little shack within the boundaries of The Fringe, making it easily accessable; and it even comes with it\'s own squatter, who is willing to take your unwanted loot off your hands for a decent price... The squatter is an adventurer much like yourself that went mad in the Shivering Isles, and is now content with staying in his little corner in the dark... It comes with multiple unrespawning containers, a few ingredients lying around, plenty of fungi and other harvestable plants, and your own personal merchant, who will also recharge and repair your equipment, even after the main quest is over...
