My Anvil Estate

My first house mod... A beautiful home located where the Anvil Lighthouse was. (There is a map marker there for fast travel) Features: 1. Beautiful 2 story home with a partial 3rd floor with plenty of display cases for rare items you discover during your travels. 2. A balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floor. 3. Separate bedroom and custom staircase. 4. Separate tower connected to house by bridge connecting to the 2nd floor. 5. Magic lair on the top floor of the secret tower for all your enchanting and spellmaking needs. 6. Hidden Trap door on the bottom floor of the secret tower leading to Jack\'s Underground Fence. (Underground store run by Jack \"The Quiet\" who has a lot of barter gold and is a member of the thieves guild. Complete with his own private quarters and basement.) 7. Trap door in the basement of the store leading to the smuggling tower which leads to the smuggling cave which has an underwater entrance/exit which is essentially the primary entrance/exit to get to Jack\'s Store and it is also a stealthy way to get into your house. Installation: Extract to Ovlivion/Data folder. Warning: Alters the quest \"Following a lead\" in the Dark Brotherhood quest line. So when you come to that quest simply uncheck this mod under data files in the Oblivion launcher.
