Waterfront Overhaul,  Second release v. 2

The newest file expands the modified area and finishes the new structures with their interiors.

This file transforms the poor area of the waterfront district. I have always liked the grungy, ugly and generally repulsive areas of this game including the waterfront. However, i felt that the residential area of the vanilla waterfront was pretty bland. It just looked like a typical hamlet, but with thieves and a couple boat docks. But maybe, years ago, it was an economic powerhouse! Maybe it was responsible for most most of the importation and exportation for the growing Imperial city! until the newer docks were constructed. And more people chose to do business at the market district rather than the old waterfront. During the past fifty years the area lost all of its income, local business owners suffered a decrease in profits and an increase in crime! They sold their shops for ridiculously low prices, and people like Myvryna Arano moved in! Along with the thieves guild, thus turning the waterfront into the Detroit of Cyrodill.

Oh, the shack for sale is much better, and the thieves guild now meets in the center of town.
