Mod List by Braclo Application Version: V1. 0 Date: 02 May 2010 Description ********** Something that started off as a list of mods I like as a excel document has turned into a full blown utility where anyone can create a list of all the mods they like. With this utility, you can create and share mod lists, even view preview pics if the author of the list decide so. Why???? **** A bit of history.... It all started with the big bang.... ....so like stated above, I first wanted to just create a list of all the mods I really enjoy and use for TES: Oblivion. Starting as a excel document, html, then pdf. Because I love programming, I decided to make the mod list a bit fancier and create a program out of it. Then I started thinking too much of what it could be and BAM... you have a utility that can read lists and display it in a nice organised way. Files included ********** •Pictures (Empty Folder - This is where you add pictures if a mod list include any) •ModList.exe (The utility) •ModList Readme.txt (This Readme File) •Braclo\'s Mod List.modl (My Mod List) Installation and running ********************* Nothing fancy here. •Extract the files. •Run ModList.exe Screen & Button Explanation ****************************** • button that will display a picture to explain the buttons as well.] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Main Screen: The main screen has everything to view mods -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- •Press open to browse and open the mod list of your choice. •The mods will automatically be organised under categories for easier viewing. •Under files will be the list of all the mods in the current category. •The info, creator, flags, and if a pic is provided, will then be displayed on the screen. •By clicking then on the link, you will be taken to the web page of the selected mod. Other buttons on the main screen. •Close: Closes the application •About: Open the about box. •Create: Create your own list. •[?] - Information Image -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Create a list screen: This is where you can create your own list. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- •Start by filling in all details, select a category and select adult mod IF its and adult mod. If you have more than one creator, please separate them with a comma, e.g.: Billy, Sarah. •PLEASE BE AWARE when filling in the name, information and creator sections. When pressing ENTER it will be replaced by ¶, and pressing \" will be replaced by \'. I programmed this for the reason that the .modl files gets messed up if ENTER or \" is used in the details.
