Lemundes Weather Upgrade

This is another one of those mods that started out for my own personal use, but after posting a couple of screenshots some other people wanted it too. First and foremost this is NOT a massive weather overhaul like AWS or NW. No textures, sounds, scripts or extra weather types are included. This is more of a kick in the pants to the current weather types available. Most of the tweaks are subtle but noticeable. Nights are -slightly- darker than vanilla but certainly won\'t hinder visability. Most of the horizons have had a bit of color added to them to give the weathers more flavor. And most of all (the reason I started this mod) most of the blue has been taken out of the clearer weather types. Update Info: 1. 1 Fixed the rainy fog so that it\'s darker than the sky. Moved the fog distance further out for rain and storms. Tweaked clear sky colors.
