This is just a bugfix for the infamous Land Fish Problem that's been corrupting Oblivion gameplay for 12 years now. :)
Version 1. 0 of Alive Waters Updated already contains this modders resource. However if you would like to use it in your own mod, feel free to do so.
The WSawFishOnLand script requires OBSE. There is a video on YouTube for the test version.
