Join the Camonna Tong

Overview:

This is my attempt to bring the Camonna Tong of TES3:Morrowind to TES4:Oblivion. This mod adds a joinable faction and a questline with over a dozen new quests  that pits you against the Thieves Guild and has you commit various crimes across Cyrodiil.

The Camonna Tong are way nastier than the Thieves Guild so expect their quests to be quite amoral (drug trafficking, slavery, etc).

To find the Camonna Tong, go to the Newlands Lodge inn in Cheydinhal, and you'd best be a Dunmer, and definitely don't have joined the Thieves Guild, they won't be happy about that!

Note that you will not be able to join the Thieves Guild if you have joined the Camonna Tong, and vice versa. However, the Camonna Tong provide equivalent benefits for anything you've lost out on by not joining the Thieves Guild.

Also, only Dunmer can join, as the Camonna Tong are racists and Dunmer elitists, as per how they were depicted in TES3:Morrowind and TES Lore generally.

Finally, for the faction symbol and quest icon, I've gone with the Hlaalu symbol because I could not find a Camonna Tong symbol anywhere online. Since the Camonna Tong had strong ties to House Hlaalu in TES3:Morrowind, I decided to go with the Hlaalu symbol because I needed to use something and that was the only thing I could think of that was even vaguely related.

Installation:

I have three .zip files; one called "Main", which contains the files you need for the mod, and a couple of optional ones called "AI Voices" and "Silence". All of my .zip files contain a Data folder, the contents of which should be dropped into the Data folder of your game's installition directory.

The optional "Silence" .zip just contains voice files that are all just 10 seconds of silence so that the un-voiced dialogue doesn't speed past giving you only a second to read it. If you use the "OBSE -Elys- Universal Silent Voice" mod (currently found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/16622), or similar, then you don't need this "Silence" .zip and probably don't want a bunch of files of silence clogging up your hard drive, which is why I made it a separate optional download.

The optional "AI Voices" .zip contains the same voice files as the "Silence" .zip, but the files are of voices generated  using the AI xVASynth tools mentioned above. The idea is that you should pick either this or "Silence" depending on if you want AI voices or just silence for my new lines of dialogue. Sadly, I was unable to get .lip
