Description Enhances Imperial City with HD textures. This mod mainly enhances the wall. If you want a whole texture overhaul, please install other enhancement mod, e.g. QTP3 first then install IC HD. Installation Extract the 7z file, and copy the data folder to overwrite your Oblivion\\Data\\ folder. Q & A Q: QTP3 has enhanced Imperial City, why do you make IC HD? A: I feel the Imperial City textures from QTP3 sort of too bumpy and they lack details in very close distance. Q: What\'s the difference between QTP3 and HD? Which is better?
