- Ok it adds near pell gate a Massive 700ft or 250 Meters High Tower!! with a house on top of it you can see Bravil, Skingrad, Chorrol, Bruma and ofcores The Impirial City.
- The hatch is near the bridge over there, its very small but you will find it, when you are teleported on top of the tower you will see a fancificant view of Bravil, Skingrad, Chorrol, Bruma and The Impirial City like i said..
- But!, watch out , you can fall trough the tower on some parts, just stay on the wooden area to go higher on the tricky parts of the tower is at own risk, just quicksave before you do it ;), becouse you WILL fall xP.(if you take the risk)
- after a few moments you won\'t fall so do not worry, you get used to it, its also a perfect spot to train acrobatics, if you do not fall ofcores....
- And if you do not know where Pell\'s gate is and the Images i\'ve uploaded do not work its south of the Impirial City at the little tiny bridges surrounding it.(just right under the imp. City (south).
