PLEASE RATE NOTE: This mod should work a 100% with any body replacer mod you have. The greatest rouges, thieves and lock-pickers have arrived in Cyrodiil. They call themselves Hobbits, and they look like little elves, but come from the distant lands of Middle-Earth. This mod adds a new race to Oblivion, the Hobbits. They look just like Wood Elves (if you read Tolkien\'s books or seen the movies, then you will know that Hobbits have pointy ears), but they are even smaller and have more hairstyles (including all Imperial, High-Elf, Wood-Elf and Dark-Elf hairstyles). Their attributes are: Strength - 30 Intelligence - 50 Willpower - 30 Agility - 60 Speed - 60 Endurance - 30 Luck - 70 Personality - 50 NOTE: Don\'t complain about Hobbits having the combat attributes too low, they aren\'t fond of fighting. That is also why I set up other of their attributes so high. Hobbits gain skill bonuses of +10 Acrobatics, +10 Athletics, +10 Light Armour, +10 Speechcraft, +30 Security and +30 Sneak. They also start off with a power called Frodo\'s Cloak, which gives them an effect of 100% Chameleon for 300 seconds and costs 0 Magicka (NOTE: Remember that this is a power not a spell, you can only use it once a day). To install this mod, just extract the 7-zip file and put it in your Oblivion Data directory. The credit goes to: J. R. R.
