Hags and Witches

All credit should go towards CheatCodeCutie for this mod even existing as they are the one who requested the mod. I just put it together. It literally took me 20 minutes.

So, in Oblivion, we have Conjurers. Bandits. Marauders. Enough NPC enemies that make the dungeon romping worthwhile to a degree, yes? Well, when I was asked to do this mod I was like "You right. Where be the witches at?", so here we are.

This mod adds apostate mages in the wilderness using vanilla creature level lists (So yes, use Wrye Bash to create a bashed patch. You should always do that anyways when installing a new mod.). They will generally have some loot on them so have fun cosplaying as a Dragon Age templar and hunting them down.

However, I did take it a step further and added two types of Apostates - Hags and Witches. What are the differences? Here they are:

Hags - Specialize in Destruction magic and will occasionally summon creatures to aid them in combat.

Witches - Specializes in Conjuration magic and will use Destruction magic as well. Also has a decent chance at spawning with Ingredient items and Poisons.
