Adds an ability called "Glow Face" which illuminates the character face for a better screenshotting experience, it also adds a spell to give the light effect to NPCs, with a maximum of 6 NPC at a time
This mod was made from scratch and the idea is based on the mod Face Light by tktk1

This mod comes with a "Settings" option that you can find in the "Stones" section of your misc. inventory, this are:
Start Light: It toggles ON/OFF the light on the character
Your Race Height: Ability to change the position of the light to best suit your character height
Light Radius: Changes the radius of the light (duh!), from very small to extra large
Color: Gives the possibility to change the light color
Refresh Rate: Can change the light refresh rate
It also adds Settings for the NPC called, "Glow Face Actor"
