Nearly all the towns have a few different good retextures to choose from on the Nexus apart from poor old Skingrad.
What, are modders scared of Vampires? Has Glarthir followed them into the privvy one too many times? Or do you all just hate those cold low resolution cobblestone walls so much that the place has been seared from memory?
Well I cant help with the first two, but I may have found a remedy for the third!
I present to you "Give me some Skingrad" a full retexture of the towns tileset, using AI assistance and completely remaking some files.
All have had normal maps remade where appropriate and are a mix of 1k and 2k sizes depending on the mesh size and distance from the player.
I have tried to remain as faithful as I can to the Vanilla games look and would recommend pairing this mod with Improved Doors and Flora (with my mod loaded afterwards) for the best experience. Along with VKVII's stonewalls, castles and cathedrals to complete the look.
