Garrett The Thief Savegame

My Oblivion mods are now as is. I can't troubleshoot any issues as I haven't modded the game in years. If you have issues with any of my mods, and can't find an answer in the comments, it'd be best to ask on the Oblivion Mods forum. There's likely people there who still play the game and can better help you.

Description: Made by request on the BethSoft forums this is a savegame/mod of Garrett from the Thief series.

He has a custom eye texture to recreate his mechanical eye and make the left eye more resemble his original color. Because of this he needed to be set up as a custom race. The race is an exact duplicate of Breton (as requested) no stats have been altered. My original version of his face had him rather young due to a texture pack I use. The face included in this mod has been adjusted by the requester to suit.

To use the mod, put the Meshes and Textures folders along with the esp in the Data folder, check off Garrett.esp in the launcher (or OBMM). When a new game is started he can be selected from the Race menu.

To uninstall just navigate to your Oblivion Data folder and remove the folders... Meshes/Characters/Garrett Textures/Characters/Garrett As well as the Garrett.esp in the Data folder

Requirements: 1. 2 Patch As he is a custom race you will need Custom Race Fix by Kynetarse. If you use a mod that skips the intro dungeon or delays the main quest you won't need this. Also needed is the Boethia Shrine Custom Race Fix by Damos if you plan on doing the Daedric Shrine quests.

Optional: To get the same face as in my images use these mods: Natural Faces or Improved Facial Textures with Facial Textures by Enayla

Install IFT or Natural Faces first then Enayla's over the top.

Permissions: If you wish to use the character in your face pack please ask me beforehand.

Future Updates: None planned at this time. I've since moved on to Fallout 3 so if someone else wishes to expand upon the character (custom voice/scar/quest, etc) feel free to do so, but please email and link me to the completed mod or work in progress. If I get back in Oblivion I might even use it myself ;)
