FPS Boost - Arena by: Mightylink -------------------------------- This mod will dramatically increase frame rates during arena matches. See the README.txt if you do not know how to install mods. This mod was a matter of my own personal preference. I play oblivion on a low end card. I don’t mind the lag wile enjoying the beautiful over world scenery and walking through the visually impressive towns but when it comes down to arena fights I need to be at my best. This mod sacrifices graphics for speed only in the arena. It removes all light sources which can produce a whopping 20 to 30 maby even 60 extra frames per second depending on your machine. If your game already runs fast then this isn’t for you, this mod was meant for the little people like us to finally stick it to the man and say “I can fight smoothly in the arena!” So if you’re a low end user like me, you might want to check out this mod. It will give you a fair advantage wile fighting in the arena where it was nearly impossible to play in it before. Don’t worry the rest of the world is left untouched and at full graphical settings. p.s. I also changed the music to outdoors, also a matter of personal preference.
