Requirements] A Cyrodiil border removal mod such as Borderless Cyrodiil. That\'s literally it. Starting the quests Talk to any guard in Cyrodiil about \"Samurai War\". Two map markers will be added, pointing to the respective Shogun of the samurai factions. Which one you then pledge allegiance to depends which questline is started. What not to do The Imperial City map markers have been moved outside the city gates for a reason. If other mods (e.g. Dwemer Technology) add map markers inside the city, ignore them and DO NOT use them when a Five Hundred Torii quest involves the Imperial City.
