You still need to download and install the original mod Fighters Guild Quests, and then overwrite the silent voice files it provides with these, by extracting into the Data folder.
Created using ElevenLabs, so they sound just like the NPCs from the original game.
I used BunnyPriestess's ElevenLabs Batch Generator to generate the voice files.
