Only a little retreat in the outer wall of the IC Elven Gardens for a quick getaway of the huzzle and buzzle of the City and perhaps other getaways... :)
A little home in the IC Elven Gardens District in the outer wall. You can play the little quest and purchase it for resting of adventure life. Nothing big, but a bed, a livingroom and a room for your companion. In your sleeping room you actually can sit on the bed and read some good books (see images).
It has a balcony that looks over the Elven Gardens District and another that looks out to the City Isle. And perhaps you discover another way out of your retreat :)
For a better look down your balcony it is recommended to have a mod installed that gives the Elven Garden District a lift, there are several at TESNexus.
