A simple music pack
Name: Echo\'s Music Compilation Version: 1. 0 Date: 10/5/2008 Category: Miscellaneous Requirements: Oblivion Patch 1. 2. 0. 214 Author(s): Echonite Source: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20173 Forum: http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=884900 Homepage: http://echoknight. 110mb.com Description =========== Music pack made of songs from Newgrounds.com Details ======= This is a music pack made of songs I gathered off of Newgrounds.com. I spent several months picking out songs that fit within Oblivion and don\'t seem too out of place. NOTE: This replaces some files. Be sure to back up your music folder so you don\'t loose them. Also, this can be used in conjunction with the default music, so if you don\'t want to hear the default, your going to have to move/delete them. So a backup is a good idea. Install ======= 1. Back up your \"LauncherMusic.wav\" file in your Oblivion folder. 1. Place the file named \"LauncherMusic.wav\" into your Oblivion folder. Overwrite the existing file 2. Back up your Oblivion/Data/Music folder. 3. Extract into your Oblivion/Data folder and overwrite any files. Uninstall ========= Assuming you made a backup: 1. Delete your Oblivion/Data/Music folder. 2. Copy your backup Music folder into your Oblivion/Data folder. Assuming no backup: - Well, your really out of luck on this one. You cant really just delete your music folder because the music isn\'t drawn from the BSAs. You could reinstall the game to get the old music back. Shoulda backed it up... Incompatibility =============== This pack replaces 3 existing files. - The Launcher music (LauncherMusic) - The main menu music (tes4title) - The Death music (death) And the rest is uniquely names and should not overwrite anything. Known Issues or Bugs ==================== If you remove all existing music and only have these files installed, there is only one battle music. As such, if the full song plays through to the end and you are still in combat at the time, no more music will play until your out of combat. This can be solved by copying the battle music or placing another song in the Battle folder. You never know, somebody might know how to resolve the issue.
