📋 About This Mod
This mod removes the goggles from the ebony helmets.
The goggles were deleted, the nose guard was reshaped,
and the horizontal pattern on the male nose guard was swapped out with a vertical stripe (the pattern looked weird on the newly designed nose guard).
Now you can wear your ebony helmet, and look cool doing it!

📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Does exactly what it says—no goggles, no fuss.
- Decent download count (33,855) shows plenty of players wanted this.
- Lightweight and won't affect performance.
⚠️ Cons
- Only affects ebony helmets—if you wanted other helmet variants, this isn't for you.
- No screenshots or detailed description, so you're trusting the mod's promise.
- Last updated in 2023—might not be compatible with the latest Skyrim version if you're on a recent patch.
For Skyrim players who think the ebony helmet's goggles look goofy and want a cleaner aesthetic. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes or if you rarely use ebony armor.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're using a mod manager like Vortex or MO2, just download and install—it'll handle the file placement.
- Make sure you have the ebony helmet in-game to see the change; it won't affect other helmets.
- If you're on Skyrim Special Edition, check that the mod is compatible with your game version—it was last updated in 2023.
