Some time ago I found a very interesting mod made by Harisonzamperla.
The mod added accumulating snow effect in vanilla Bruma when it snows; and direct sunlight melt the snow, the same thing with rain.
A really impressive mod, but the effect was too strong, even more, for the "excellent" Better Cities Bruma modification.
As Harisonzamperla kindly make his mod free to use, I created a Better Cities version from scratch.

]Edited the script for a slower accumulation effect, and optimized it a little bit.I made it for my game and now I'm sharing it, I hope you like it.
