This mod adds a set of cultist robes, inspired by the ones added by the immersive armors for skyrim, to the imperial city talos plaza district (near akatosh's statue).
Enchantments:
Hood: Fortify Magicka
Robes: Fortify Conjuration
Both of them are the "Grand" presets.
