Colovian Retreat

Colovian Retreat is a rustic player home made for humble adventurers who likes to live off the beaten path.

The small cottage is located slightly southwest of Chorrol, offers a great view of the valley below, and Chorrol, Skingrad and Kvatch in the distance. It comes with the following features:

Plenty of storage (10 indoors containers).

Map marker and fast travel point.

Potatoes, carrots and radish plants growing outside (rumours say even a mandrake root).

This is the Deluxe Northmarker Edition: the compass works indoors!

All 10 interior containers are safe storage and do not respawn, but mind that the barrel outside do respawn.

How to get the player home:

In order to obtain the cottage you need to locate the key, but the previous owner might have left a clue for you near the cottage.

Installation:

This mod is just a single .esp file, so simply extract the zip and drag and drop the .esp-file into your data folder, and enable it.
