Clintmichs Beautiful Talos Plaza District This will Beautify the Talos Plaza District making it more inviting and visually appealing. It also adds a Torch Beacon Tower to the center of town(yes,you can go to the top). This mod will add the following features: :Resized Dragon Statue(Breathes fire now) annimated :Torch Beacon Tower(massive flame on top) also annimated :Spiral Staircase(leading to top of tower) :Flags on peaks of main structures,(can be seen from ground, but it looks cool from the top of tower)annimated :Talos book of Lore recovered from \"http://oblivion.wikia.com/wiki/Talos\") :A Welcome book :A few statues(very few) :Light posts(active lighting) :Trees/Shrubs/all in planters nothing growing wild :Flora/all in planters nothing growing wild :Re-pathed NPCs(they wont run into any new additions) FPS should not be affected, the only time I noticed any reduction(it was very minor) is when it was raining down pour ======================================================================== INSTALL ======= 1. Copy the esp. file into the oblivion/Data directory 2. Check off the new esp in the Data folder when you start your game. Or Check it off in oblivions mod manager if you use that. 3.
