Instead of replacing magic effects, there are now new magic effects. Available on the altar of spells. Also fixed incorrect eyes in some NPCs. Spells can also be purchased from Earil on the Shivering Isles
This mod created because I need compatibility with OOO Shivering Isles and LAME. And this mod solves this problem. OOO Shivering Isles and LAME not rewrite magic effects on Children Annuad OBME Edition anymore now.
