Adds a new spell called Narcolepsy which momentarily puts NPCs and creatures to sleep. Especially funny when used on running characters as they make the most spectacular face-plants... ;-)
Installation : Place the "BudongsNarcolepsySpell.esp" file in your Oblivion/Data/ directory, then enable it like any other plugin (via the "Data Files" option on the Oblivion program launcher.) Once you start Oblivion and enter the game-world, the new spell will automatically appear in your Targeted Spells list.
UnInstallation : Simply delete the "BudongsNarcolepsySpell.esp" file.
