This adds a book about diseases at Renoit's Books in Chorrol.
This adds a book about diseases for sale at Renoit's Books in Chorrol. I'm not sure if anyone has made a book like this, but I made one any way. I made one for Morrowind, and people seemed to like it so I decided to make one for Oblivion as well.
The book contains all the diseases you can contract in the world of Cyrodiil, expansions and official plugins. It also lists the symptoms of each disease and the infected creatures you can catch it from.
The book only costs 100 coin and if you have a decent mercantile skill and Renoit likes you enough, you can probably pick it up for a song.
