Upon loading a save, your character should get a quest update informing you of Sanguinaire\'s where abouts, as well as a map marker. Installation: Extract the data folder to your oblivion data folder. All paths should match up fine. If it asks you to overwrite say yes to all. Important: You will need to have the latest game patch installed for this to work.
