Adds another Necromancer Altar to Tamriel. It converts Grand Soul Gems to Black Soul Gems, just like the Altar that\'s already in game. It works all day and night, and is protected by one necromancer guard. It is located above Lake Canulus. Look in the Anvil Mage\'s Guild or the Arcane University Tower Lobby for information on where to find it.
